🌸 About 1825 Flower Farm

Where Heritage Meets Bloom.

1825 Flower Farm began as a family’s love for the land. Our farmhouse first appeared on county records in 1825, and nearly two centuries later, the same soil still brings color and life to Burton, Ohio. What started as a few rows of dahlias has grown into a working flower farm, boutique shop, and gathering space where community and craftsmanship bloom together.

Our Philosophy

Authentic Farm Beauty.
We believe the most beautiful things are often the simplest — fresh air, open fields, and flowers grown with care. Every stem we harvest and every event we host is guided by that belief: real flowers, real people, and real joy.

A Family Story

The farm honors the traditions of Ohio’s working landscapes while creating something vibrant and new. With help from family, friends, and a small team of growers and makers, 1825 Flower Farm continues to bloom as a living tribute to creativity, heritage, and fun.

What Makes Us Unique

  • A restored barn and silo using reclaimed wood from a Civil War-era structure
  • Over 100 varieties of flowers grown from seed or tuber right here in Burton
  • Seasonal farm shop featuring local artisans and handcrafted goods
  • Educational workshops and events that celebrate nature’s rhythm

We grow flowers because they make people happy — and because each one reminds us that beauty, like a farm, is something you cultivate over time.
