We are not perfect. Sometimes we don’t do a great job of labeling all the tubers correctly and we are not really sure what Dahlia variety these tubers are. You benefit because we package them together and you get the lowest overall tuber price.
What we can tell you is that the plant that produced this tuber was grown on our family farm in Northeast Ohio last year and the tuber was manually harvested in the fall and hand-divided. The tubers are stored in our climate-controlled facility until it is safe to ship in the spring. While only mother nature knows when that will be, we target late April to begin shipping to our customers.
